Lenovo ThinkBook shuts down when backspace key is pressed.      This problem happened after a couple of months using the laptop.  Tried using a USB keyboard and this problem didn't occur and backspace on the USB keyboard works as expected. SOLUTION: Microsoft Windows is updated to the latest release and Lenovo ThinkBook 14s BIOS updated to the latest version.
